With so much going on these days it’s hard to keep a hold on our lives it seems. We spend so much time concentrating on ourselves, that we forget about the relevant problems that go on around us. In today’s society we have many issues that seem to be ignored.
Don’t hide from the truths that go on around you. The only way to build on a solid foundation is to accept your surroundings and face reality. We see poverty, disease, and war but many of us pretend it’s not that a lot of the time. We must stand up and take control before someone else does, then they will have power over you!
I don’t expect these issues to fade even once we accept them. I just want to do my piece to say that we can make a difference! It’s the little things in life that do matter. So I ask you, go the extra mile. Buy kid a candy bar or help him with school work. Hold a door for an elderly. Make someone laugh or even smile. Because as long as we create this energy, this positive movement, then we can begin to grow together the right direction.
